Introduction
RadPro is an organisation dedicated to the needs of Radiotherapy Radiographers and other Radiotherapy Professionals. RadPro offers every Radiotherapy professional unique tools to obtain information as and when required to communicate inter-departmentally. RadPro aims to help you address important issues impacting on your daily managerial or clinical routine such as Radiographer shortages and vacancies in a more cost and time efficient manner.
The need for this web-site is the idea of Duncan Hynd DCR(t), who as a Therapy Radiographer involved in the commercial side of Radiotherapy, is a strong supporter of giving every Radiotherapy professional tools, not only dedicated to improving cancer care and departmental performance at a lower cost per patient but also to address the issues giving rise to radiographer shortages.
Membership is Free for all Radiotherapy Professionals and by leaving your email address you will receive the monthly e-newsletter and other updates. A free RadPro professional email address is also available to members.

Addressing Radiographer shortages
The organisation and website offers a portal that interested potential Radiotherapy students can be directed to with links to UCAS, student training centres and other career opportunity programs helping to improve and enhance the perception of a career in Radiotherapy and cancer care.
There is a new Student "EMPLOY ME" webpage so that job-seeking students in Radiotherapy can download their CV and other supportive information so that potential employers can find out more about a potential employee on-line from their own mini website!
Overseas staff looking to work in the UK or Ireland will be directed to RadPro via the leading search engines. Agency staff availability will be posted on the site by registered agencies and requests for Agency staff by member hospitals. If a match is found for an agency Radiographer and a notified vacancy, the hospital and agency will be alerted. This will save time, money and frustration on wasted or unsolicited telephone calls.
There is now an interactive recruitment fair on the home page, simply download your CV and other personal profile details for potential employers to view and to make contact with you.
