RadPro is an organisation dedicated to the needs of Radiotherapy Radiographers and other Radiotherapy Professionals. RadPro offers every Radiotherapy professional unique tools to obtain information as and when required and to communicate inter-departmentally.

RadPro aims to help you address important issues impacting on your daily managerial or clinical routine in a more cost and time efficient manner.

The need for this web-site is the idea of Duncan Hynd DCR(t), who as a Therapy Radiographer involved in the commercial side of Radiotherapy, is a strong supporter of giving every Radiotherapy professional tools, not only dedicated to improving cancer care and departmental performance at a lower cost per patient but also to help address the issues giving rise to radiographer shortages among other important subjects.

A low cost, yearly subscription is payable by Hospitals, Companies and Recruitment Agencies to use the tools provided and to create a dynamic showcase for their jobs, products and services.

Addressing Radiographer shortages

RadPro offers a portal that interested potential Radiotherapy students can be directed to with links to student training centres and other career opportunity programs helping to improve and enhance the perception of a career in Radiotherapy and cancer care. 

Overseas staff looking to work in the UK or Ireland will be directed to RadPro via the leading internet search engines. There is an interactive recruitment fair in the recruitment section that allows potential employees to download their micro CV, personal profile/Bio details for potential employers to view and to make direct contact. This is for both students and qualified staff and a full CV can be requested by potential employers by email.

Radiotherapy jobs are advertised in the dedicated recruitment sections and contain links to the hospital website for easy on-line job application and the RadPro showcase pages that feature each radiotherapy department with its own mini website.
