Trainee Applications Specialist

A leading international medical technology group is currently recruiting Trainee Applications Specialists. • Familiarity/proficiency with the following: Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PCAnywhere, and Clientele · Familiarity with curriculum development process and educational methodology
• Working knowledge/understanding of all IMPAC products and proficiency in assigned product specialties
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively to a group
• Ability to effectively interact with customers both via phone and face-to-face
• Ability to Travel 50-70%
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in healthcare /computer science /adult education to include software training experience on healthcare/medical applications or other software applications
• European languages would be desirable

Product Training Specialists are responsible for consulting, training, and supporting oncology professionals in the effective use of all Elekta hardware and IMPAC software. Responsibilities include the preparation of the customer to receive training, customer workflow analysis, remote, on-site, and classroom training, remote support and assistance in the development of training and application support materials.
