LEAD PHYSICIST

CancerPartnersUK is an innovative and dynamic team establishing a UK network of state-of-the-art Radiotherapy centres utilising the latest equipment including Elekta Synergy Linear Accelerators, MOSAIQ Patient information management software; Siemens CT and MR scanners and Pinnacle Treatment Planning System.  We will make full use of all modern technology and techniques to deliver excellence in patient care.

We currently have three centres that are treating patients with IMRT as standard and daily online Cone Beam imaging (IGRT). Our first centre went live in July 2009 in Portsmouth closely followed by the Southampton department in January 2010. Elstree, in North London, has recently started treating patients (July 2010) with Little Aston opening its doors in March 2010.

We are now looking for dynamic, enthusiastic and innovative individuals to help us set up our service at Little Aston and to maintain the excellent standard of care associated with our growing and respected organisation. Teamwork, flexibility and a real desire to make a difference to the patient experience are going to be key attributes for all of our staff.

CancerPartnersUK are looking to recruit radiographers with different experience levels.  You will be part of a compact team delivering exceptional standards of care to radiotherapy patients with a focus on efficiency, effectiveness and innovation.  You will be committed and motivated, with well developed communication, inter-personal and radiographic skills. As well as treatment delivery we encourage all our radiographers to undertake CT planning scans, virtual simulation and treatment planning (training will be provided).
