A highly capable Head of Marketing is being sought by this rapidly growing company developing an advanced 3D imaging solution for patient tracking in radiation therapy. The Company has an installed base of close to 100 systems, and a rapidly growing order book, in leading institutions situated mainly in the US and Europe.
The Company is seeking a talented and experienced individual to set up and to manage a marketing department to support its worldwide operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior marketer to join and work with the management team on strategy development and delivery at a period of accelerated expansion of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO remit will include:
- Set up and management of a marketing department to support worldwide operations.
- Define a product roadmap and strategy that maximises global market penetration.
- Develop and deliver all product promotion, advertising, events, PR and marketing literature.
- Manage and enhance channel strategy working closely with partners/distributors.
- Product packaging and price book management
- Sales messaging and presentations
Background required
International marketing expertise gained in the high tech healthcare sector is essential, whilst experience gained in medical imaging or radiotherapy is highly desirable.
Ideally you will have had some exposure to the US healthcare market with an understanding of market dynamics. Exceptional presentation, management and interpersonal skills are a must as is a proven ability to build and lead a team as required.
