In July 2011 we plan to host online “RadPro EXPO 2011”, the first-ever major international virtual congress and exhibition for radiotherapy companies and radiotherapy professionals. The virtual “EXPO” will take the form of a daily e-Lectron e-newsletter from Monday 4th July to Friday 8th July which will contain the latest news from hospitals and companies, dates and times of upcoming webinars and webcons, new video downloads, new uploaded clinical papers and e-posters and links to the EXPO “Virtual Exhibition” that will also be updated daily.
If you are a radiotherapy company this will feature your own numbered EXPO “Virtual Exhibition” stand based on RadPro and allow you to display product videos, organise product presentation based webinars and webcons hosted by RadPro or by your organisation, offer product brochure downloads in PDF format, post published papers or e-posters on dedicated web-pages and display the latest news updates on your products and services. A template will be provided so that you can set up your virtual exhibit very easily and will be numbered on a first come first served basis!
If you are a radiotherapy professional you will be able present clinical/R&D presentations to any international colleagues over the internet hosted by RadPro, publish or read clinical papers or e-posters on dedicated web-pages, participate in virtual product presentations or clinical/R&D webcons and webinars of your choice and also attend the EXPO “Virtual Exhibition” at any time.
Fees for attending the virtual congress are free for RadPro readers and radiotherapy professionals while a charge will be made for radiotherapy companies to attend the exhibition and take part in this event.
Contact admin@RadPro.eu for more information on how to participate in this innovative and extremely cost effective virtual exhibition and congress!
I look forward to hearing from you shortly.
