You will see above an interactive plan of the virtual congress and exhibition showing the virtual congress feature zones and individual virtual exhibition booths that will be filled by the leading radiotherapy, oncology and recruitment companies along with professional organisations.
Last year, in July our first ever virtual congress had in excess of 2,000 unique visitors that month.
During the EXPO simply click on each virtual booth to visit that organisations exhibit! The 4 corners of the plan show the 4 main virtual congress feature zones; MeetingZone, EXPO TV, i-Posters and Power Point Zone that will be live during EXPO.

1. MeetingZone
Meeting Zone is a directory of planned “live” corporate product presentations or hospital based clinical and R&D presentations.
MeetingZone allows you to publish the date, time and participation or login information of your live, web-based presentations, webcons and webinars hosted by yourself or your organisation
Alternatively RadPro can host a live web-conference for you and up to 200 participants using your own PC and a telephone line. Contact admin@RadPro.eu for more information on this service.
2. Expo TV.
Simply watch the latest videos of the leading companies and organisations products or services.
3. i-Posters
View clinical and R&D based presentation posters on line in our innovative online directory of radiotherapy posters.
4. Power Point Zone for power point based presentations
View power point presentations of company products and services.
View power point presentations of hospital based abstracts, clinical or R&D work.
The virtual exhibition booths will be individually named and assigned on a first come, first served basis named. By clicking on the booth you will be able to view the virtual exhibit, latest news, download product brochures and find website and contact details.
The Platinum corporate sponsor space is available at the head of the exhibition at a cost of £500. Standard EXPO booths are only £250 or Euro 275, great value for your marketing money!
Corporate logo and name: Please attach you corporate logo in Jpeg format and company name.
Contact details: Please specify name, title and contact details for your key virtual congress employees, you can also include a photograph and a brief profile or micro CV of up to 50 words of each.
Products: Please name your products for the virtual exhibition with a maximum
100 word description of each and include one picture in Jpeg format per product.
Please then provide a PDF brochure download for each product names above and a web-link to video for each product from your website, if available. You can also send us the actual video file if needs be.

Product presentations at EXPO:
You can do this in two ways:
a) Webinar or Webcon style live, on-line product presentation to a dedicated audience of RadPro readers generated for you. You can host this yourselves or use the RadPro MeetingZone software, where we can host it for you. This can be in the format of a power point presentation with audio or an actual interactive software demonstration. The title, time and instructions to participate will be advertised in the EXPO MeetingZone directory.
Or
b) You can simply send us a power point presentation of any product or service and we will upload this to the EXPO Power point zone, product presentation directory with a product name and brief description.
Please send us your presentation title, description, time, date and participation arrangements.
Product news items: On the first day of the EXPO we will publish a special
July EXPO e-Lectron e-news. This will contain the latest news, editorial and EXPO updates from all participating companies, and all dates and times of upcoming web-based product presentations.
Clinical papers, R&D work and i-Posters: There is a special EXPO webpage for clinical papers R&D work and e-posters and so please send these to us as PPT, PDF or Word documents.
Congress Fees for a virtual exhibition booth: £250 or Euro 275 excluding VAT per company to include all of the above exhibition features.
MeetingZone: To use the RadPro MeetingZone software to host your online presentation will incur a special EXPO low cost fee of just £100. We can host up to 200 on-line delegates and additional costs apply of up to 20p per minute for teleconferencing for each virtual delegate connection.

As a radiotherapy professional you can participate in the EXPO as a virtual delegate free of charge!
If your hospital or student training centre wishes to advertise or showcase your department, courses, job vacancies or CPD then you can also reserve a virtual exhibition booth.
You will receive a copy of the e-Lectron e-news on the first day of the congress that contains the latest news and congress updates from participating companies, the latest directory of planned product presentation webinars, webcons and also clinical web-based presentations for the week by your colleagues.

The EXPO virtual exhibition will contain the latest information on companies, products, product videos and provide a directory of upcoming and planned web-based product presentations for you to participate in.
You will also be able to publish your centre’s clinical papers, R&D work and e-posters online in the dedicated EXPO virtual congress pages. If you would like to present these live over the internet to international colleagues, RadPro will generate your virtual audience and can also host this for you or you can host it yourself. Hospital, radiotherapy centre or student training establishment showcase: If you would like to showcase your department or organisation at EXPO and advertise your techniques, job vacancies, courses, CPD or other speciality, you can rent a virtual exhibition booth at a reduced fee of only £200. You will be able to use this facility to create a bespoke showcase document yourselves. Contact admin@RadPro.eu for instructions.
